Everything about using Afrahi — for customers planning a celebration and for service providers. If you don't find your answer, write to the administrator at the bottom of this page.

Getting started as a customer

Afrahi brings Morocco's event service providers — halls, traiteurs, photographers, negafas and more — into one place, so you can compare and contact them without endless phone calls.

Finding the right service provider
Browse by service on the homepage or use the search on the Service Providers page: filter by city, category, minimum rating, and sort by rating, popularity or bookings. Service providers marked with the badge are verified by our team.
Reading a service provider's page
Each service provider has a public page with a description, services, a photo gallery, customer reviews, an availability calendar, and their location. The red dates on the calendar are already taken.
Contacting a service provider
You can chat on the platform, call, or open WhatsApp directly from the service provider's page — the choice is yours. The chat keeps a written record, which is useful when agreeing on details.
Saving favorites
Use the heart button to shortlist service providers and compare them later from your dashboard.

Bookings, step by step

Booking on Afrahi is free and creates a clear written trail between you and the service provider.

1. Send the request
From the service provider's page, choose your event date and describe what you need. The service provider is notified immediately.
2. The service provider responds
They can approve or decline. Once approved, discuss the details in chat or by phone and agree on the service and the price.
3. Confirmation and the event
The booking moves to confirmed, then completed after the event. Your dashboard shows every booking and its current status.
Payments happen off the platform
Afrahi does not process payments and never asks for your card details. Prices, deposits and payment methods are agreed directly with the service provider — get the terms in writing before paying any deposit.
If plans change
Tell the service provider as early as possible through the chat. Deposit and cancellation terms are set by each service provider, so ask about them before committing.

Reviews and trust

Reviews on Afrahi are tied to a real relationship with the service provider — they cannot be posted by just anyone.

Who can review
Customers with a completed booking on the platform, and customers a service provider personally invited through a one-time review link. Each review carries a badge showing which path verified it.
How ranking works
Listings favor consistent quality: service providers with many good reviews rank above one lucky review, complete profiles break ties, and the stars you see are always the true average. Reviews and ratings are never for sale — no package changes a single star.
What paid placement changes
Two placements are paid, and both are visible on the page: a Premium subscription puts a service provider ahead of the free listings, and up to 3 "Top of search" seats per city and category are pinned above everything else with a "Sponsored" label. Paying can move a position; it never changes a review, a star, or whether our team verified a profile — and among service providers with the same placement, the same quality ranking decides the order.
The verified badge
The badge next to a service provider's name means our team approved the profile before it became publicly visible.
Reporting a problem
Every service provider page has a report button. Reports go to the moderation team, who can contact both sides and take action.

Becoming a service provider

Any professional in the events sector can apply — halls, catering, photography, music, negafa, decoration and more.

The application
Click "Become a service provider" and complete the five steps: business basics, contact details, location, photos, and social links. Your progress is saved at every step, so you can pause and resume later.
You stay a customer until you finish
Your account converts to a service provider account only when you complete the final step — abandoning the application changes nothing.
Admin approval
New service provider profiles are reviewed by our team before appearing publicly. You can keep completing your profile while you wait.
Your short link
Your handle gives you a link like afrahi.ma/providers/your-name — use it on your business cards and social media.
The launch offer
The first 100 service providers verified by our team become founding members with 12 months of free premium; other providers get a free premium month. No card details are required.

Succeeding as a service provider

Service providers with complete profiles and real reviews get more visibility and more requests. Here is what actually moves the needle.

Complete your profile
Profile completeness is a ranking tie-breaker. A profile photo, a description of at least a few sentences, WhatsApp, a location, at least three gallery photos and a social link put you ahead of incomplete competitors.
Invest in your gallery
Photos are the first thing customers judge. Upload complete real events, not just your best single shot — the gallery supports up to 24 photos with a full-screen viewer.
Keep your calendar honest
Mark unavailable dates from your dashboard. Customers see the calendar on your page, and it prevents requests you would have to decline.
Collect reviews
From your dashboard, send past customers a one-time review link (by WhatsApp or any channel). Reviews published through it are marked verified and directly improve your ranking.
Answer quickly
Customers usually contact several service providers at once. Fast, clear answers — with the price question addressed early — win the booking.
Keeping track of your enquiries
Every booking request also appears in the Leads section of your dashboard, where you can record where a discussion has reached, keep private notes, set a follow-up date and see which contacts are overdue. You can add people who reached you on WhatsApp, by phone or on Instagram too. The notes are yours alone — customers never see them — so never store card numbers, passwords or identity documents there. Afrahi does not verify any deposit or payment you note down.

Account and security

Your account, your data, and how to keep both safe.

Email verification
New accounts confirm their email with a code. If you never received it, request a new code from the verification page.
Signing in with Google
You can use Google instead of a password. If sign-in fails, you will see a message — try again, and contact us below if it persists.
Forgotten password
Use "Forgot password" on the login page; a reset link arrives by email.
Your data
What we store and why is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and its data from your profile page at any time.
Staying safe
Afrahi never asks for your password or card details by message. Agree on payments directly with service providers and keep the terms in writing.
